Flowers and notes were left on Main Street in Menomonie Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in memory of Hussain Saeed Alnahdi, a 24-year-old international student from Saudi Arabia. Alnahdi passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 from injuries sustained in an assault early Sunday morning in downtown Menomonie.
